1st Team. Katy Hayes: All OCC honorable mention, Best Serving Percentage,
Award of Excellence in Setting, The "11" Award. Brenda Hemans: Most
Improved, Top Hitting Percentage. Nicole McKee: Hustle Award, Top
Serve Receive, Most Digs. Jaclyn Tilden: Teammate Award, Top Newcomer.
Audra Pohlman: “7th Man” award. Denise Smith: Scholar Athlete. Team
GPA 3.64.
October 19, 2005 - DI Sectionals
The Delaware Lady Pacers finished their season with a great effort
against number seed Pickerington North in the first round of the
Central District Tournament. Delaware came out with a first game
win 25-19, and then just couldn't work through a few stretches of
some off passing. The Lady Panthers won the next three but not easily.
(18-25, 23-25, 19-25). Katie McKee had 8 kills for Delaware
and Katy Hayes and Agnese Babbitt added 6 and 4 respectively. Jaclyn
Tilden and Hayes combined for 17 assists out of the 6-2 offense.
Agnese Babbitt had 17 digs and Nicole McKee added 14 digs.
"The group of young ladies are a special group and I feel fortunate
to have coached them for the past four seasons. I am proud of each
and every of them. They are first class young ladies."

Delaware beat by Worthington Kilbourne 30-28,17-25,18-25,18-25
Katie McKee led all hitter with 10 kills and 5 blocks. Katy Hayes
posted 15 assists and had 3 blocks. Nicole McKee had 15 digs for
the Lady Pacers.
The Lady Pacers honored their
seven seniors before the match on Tuesday night. Katie Hayes, Nicole
McKee, Denise Smith, Katie McKee, Jaclyn Tilden, Brenda Hemans,
and Agnese Babbitt were the seniors presented with flowers and balloons
to thank them for a great four years.

Delaware beat by Westerville South 25-19, 25-14, 25-20
The Lady Pacers were led by both their Middle Hitters. Katie McKee
and Brenda Hemans had 9 kills and 6 kills respectively. Katie McKee
also added 7 blocks. Katie Hayes had 10 assists on the night. Libro
Nicole McKee had 15 digs for the Lady Pacer defense.

in an OCC contest. Katie McKee had 8 kills while Brenda Hemans was
near perfect with 13-14 attacks. Nicole McKee had 11 digs.

Invitational
Delaware beat by Groveport 25-20, 25-19 for 4th place
Delaware beat by Dublin Scioto 25-18, 25-23.

Delaware beat Marysville in 3: 25-18,25-23,25-23, advances record
to 5-9 overall, 1-4 OCC Central match. Katie McKee had
a career high 20 kills and 8 blocks. Agnese Babbitt had 10 kills
while Katy Hayes added 18 assists on a 73-75 setting attempts. Libro,Nicole
McKee added 22 digs. Brenda Hemans had 4 blocks.
"Tonight was a match that got
us out of our slump. We haven't won since the Hilliard Dary match
so we needed this one." I am proud of the girls' resilience. After
losing some real close matches some teams might have given up on
each other. That is what makes this team special, they are quality

Agnese Babbitt and Katie McKee combined for 14 kills. Katie McKee
added 8 blocks. Nicole McKee 33 digs in the loss. The
Lady Pacers are 4-8, 0-3 in the conference. "We are playing
well, but not well enough to win. We allow a couple of momentum
changes to affect the end result. I have confidence in our 7 seniors
that they will start picking it up when we need it."
September 10, 2005 - Sharon Huesman
Tournament
Katie McKee was named to the Hilliard Davidson Sharon Huesman All
Tournament Team this past weekend. The Lady Pacers finished up 1-2
for the day but felt like they played up to their expectations most
of the day. Delaware beat by Canal Winchester 25-12, 25-20.
Delaware beat Darby 25-22, 25-23. This was a good win for
us. They should end up in the top 10-12 in our district by tournament
time. Delaware beat by Sidney (Northwest Ohio) 25-21, 22-25,
15-11. Middle Hitter, Katie McKee earned All Tournament Team
by putting down 27 kills, 14 digs, and 5 blocks for the day.
Setter, Katy Hayes tallied 37 assists and 18 digs. Libro ,
Nicole McKee had 27 digs. Brenda Hemans served 24/26 (92%) for the
day.

Delaware beat by Westerville South 25-8, 25-8, 26-24
The Lady Pacers opened up conference play with Westerville South,
the Ohio Division's top rated team, and fell short in 3 games. After
rebounding from a tough first game 8-25, they showed their resilience
by competing in the second and third games. The scores were 18-25
and 24-26.

The Lady Pacers lost to Marion Harding in tough match. After getting
down 2-0 in a set of best out of five, they fought hard but came
up short in the fourth game 14-16.

Hayes had 27 kills for the match led by Senior Middle, Katie McKee
with 8 kills off of 18-21 on attacks. She also had 6 digs 3 blocks
Brenda Hemans followed with 5 kills, 11-12 hitting. Katy Hayes had
16 Assists. Agnese Babbitt and Nicole McKee had 6 digs each.
August 27, 2005
Delaware beat by Pickerington North 25-20, 19-25, 16-14 (came
back from 8 points down to get it to 14-14). Delaware beat
Grove City 25-21,26-28,15-11. Katie McKee had 21 kills
and was 44-54 on attacks. She also added 11 blocks for the
day. Brenda Hemans followed with 12 kills and was 28-30 on
attacks for the day. Nicole McKee led with 16 digs for the
day. Katy Hayes had 30 assists and was 95-99 for setting attempts
